I’m Natalie Buerki, Founder and Creative Director of NLB Creative Solutions. With over 25 years of experience in advertising, marketing, and event planning, I’ve cultivated a deep belief in the power of strong relationships as the cornerstone of every successful project. This guiding principle shapes every aspect of our work at NLB Creative Solutions.

My passion for creativity, problem-solving, and community-building led me to a career I love. In 2010, I became the Marketing Director at El Dorado Hills Town Center, where I had the honor of helping shape the Town Center into a vibrant destination and the true heart of the community. After a brief time away and the pause brought on by COVID-19, I returned as the Marketing Consultant through my own company, NLB Creative Solutions, which I launched in 2022.

One of my proudest achievements has been creating and leading the Fireworks & Freedom Concert from 2010 to 2024—an award-winning event that welcomed up to 30,000 attendees. I also grew the beloved Live on the Boulevard yearly concert series. I have had the privilege of collaborating with local nonprofits to bring their visions to life and building strong relationships with businesses and sponsors. I am truly grateful for the friendships and partnerships that have grown from these shared experiences.
